September 23
Jocelyn Marie Martin, no age given, of 98 Barker St., Hartford, was charged with violation of a protective order.Â
Timothy Jeffery Hamel, no age given, of 14 West Middle Turnpike, Manchester, was charged with failure to appear.Â
Nivia D. Esterling, no age given, of 9 Shepard Rd., Bloomfield, was charged with failure to appear.Â
Esther Owusu, no age given, of 39 Norman St., Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny.Â
September 24
Jose Luis Quiroz, 23, of 124 Central Ave., East Hartford, was charged with failure to appear.Â
Takara L. Chisholm, no age given, of 19 Woodbridge Ave., East Hartford, was charged with failure to appear.Â
Aeiron W. Davis-Sapp, no age given, of 6 Deer Meadow Dr., Bloomfield, was charged with fourth-degree larceny.Â
Shannon D. Wells, no age given, of 49 Birch St., Manchester, was charged with third-degree robbery, breach of peace and sixth-degree larceny after police say he stole $100 from the Oak Street Pub.Â

Tomasz Z Matuszewski, 34, of 143 Jordan St., New Britain, was charged with interfering with police, criminal impersonation, sixth-degree larceny and first-degree criminal trespass.Â
Vincent Michael Lachance, 49, of 441 South Main St. #79, Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of cocaine, first-degree criminal trespass and possession of heroin after police say he was caught on town property stealing scrap metal.Â
Brenna L. Robinson, no age given, of 19 Ellison St., Suffield, was charged with sixth-degree larceny.Â
