Manchester Police Investigating Purse Theft

The Manchester Police Department is investigating the theft of a woman’s purse from Shop Rite on Spencer Street.

The incident occurred on July 26 around 4:50 p.m., and the suspect is described as a heavy-set black female, wearing a pink hospital type shirt and black pants.

On a surveillance video obtained by police, she can be seen taking the victim’s purse and walking out of the store.

Credit cards from the victim’s purse were later used at Lowes, Target, and Walmart.
