Manchester's Bistro On Main Stages Grand Reopening
A Manchester restaurant with a charitable connection has staged a grand reopening.

MANCHESTER, CT — One of Manchester's most unique restaurants staged a celebratory grand reopening Tuesday.
As Executive Chef Michelle Driscoll and Mayor Jay Moran cut the ceremonial ribbon, Bistro On Main began a new chapter in its culinary adventure at 867 Main Street.
The restaurant is affiliated with the Manchester Area Conference of Churches' charity arm. Its motto is, "Eat good. Do good."

"We can't wait for you all to come in," Driscoll said in a social media post. "And remember, a little kindness goes a long way."
Bistro on Main specializes in, handcrafted, homemade fresh family food. The weekday menu includes several burger, salad, appetizer and entree selections. One specialty of the house is the BLT Pasta – linguini, tomatoes, bacon and arugula, in a Lemon Beurre Blanc topped with either grilled chicken or salmon.

Bistro on Main, normally closed Sundays, is offering an extensive Mother's Day brunch menu.
