Manchester's October 2020 Grand List has topped $4 billion.

MANCHESTER, CT — Manchester's grand list of taxable property has grown to the tune of more than $60 million.
The Oct. 1, 2020 grand list was signed on Jan. 25. This list represents the total of all net taxable assessments of motor vehicles, personal property and real estate in Manchester.
Motor vehicles and personal property are valued annually, while real estate is valued as of Manchester’s October 1, 2016 town-wide revaluation.
