Manchester's Winter Parking Ban Goes Into Effect
There shall be no parking on any public highway or designated municipally owned, leased or operated off-street parking area or lot in the Town between the hours of 2 a.m. to 6 a.m. from Dec. 1 through April 1.
The town of Manchester has implemented its winter parking ban.Â
The ban runs from Dec. 1 through April 1. While in effect, there can be no parking in "any public highway or designated municipally owned, leased or operated off-street parking area or lot in the town between the hours of 2:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m."Â
Violation of the  ordinance will result in a $15 parking ticket.Â
