New Chick-Fil-A Proposed For Manchester
Plans have been submitted for a new Chick-fil-A restaurant in Manchester.

MANCHESTER, CT — Plans have been submitted for a new Chick-fil-A in Manchester.
The Manchester Planning Department Wednesday said it received applications for permits for a Chick-fil-A at The Plaza at Buckland Hills. The restaurant has been proposed for frontside parcels at 1428 and 1524 Pleasant Valley Road. Taco Bell is currently listed as the tenant at No. 1524.
An erosion and sedimentation control plan was also submitted.

The plan is to demolish the existing site and construct a new 5,165-square-foot Chick-fil-A restaurant with parking and utilities.
No construction timetable has been announced.

Southington (CT) at 801 Queen St
Wallingford at 1098 N Colony Rd
West Hartford at 509 New Park Ave
