MANCHESTER, CT — A parking ban went into effect in Manchester at 10 p.m. Saturday.
The ban will run through 10 a.m. Monday, police said.
Police asked residents to be sure that no vehicles are parked on town streets during the timeframe to allow crews to work "efficiently and safely during the winter weather event."
