Police Make Arrest in Fatal Spencer Street Accident
Police have arrested an unidentified 17-year old girl and charged her second-degree manslaughter and third-degree assault for a fatal accident on Spencer Street last year.
The Manchester Police Department have arrested a 17-year old girl in conjunction with a fatal traffic accident that occurred on Spencer Street on Sept. 5, 2013.Â
According to police, the suspect turned herself in Tuesday, Jan. 14, 2014, on a warrant for charges of second-degree manslaughter and third-degree assault.
Because the suspect is a minor, her name is not being released. The unidentified suspect was given a court date at Rockville Juvenile Court.Â
