Police: Manchester Man Knocked Another Man Unconscious

In an argument that turned violent in South Windsor, a Manchester man, 30, punched and knocked out another man, police said.

A 30-year-old Manchester man has been arrested after punching a man so hard in the head that the man was knocked out, South Windsor police said.

Police said Antonio Rosales of Manchester got into an argument with the other man before delivering the knockout punch.

Police responded to an incident on Buckland Road around 1:30 a.m. and learned that during an argument Rosales punched the man in the head.

Rosales was charged with third-degree assault and later released on a $2,500 non-surety bond. He is scheduled to appear Thursday in state Superior Court in Manchester.
