MANCHESTER, CT — A project is on the table to clean out a reservoir in the southern end of Manchester.
The town has submitted a wetlands permit application that is tentatively on the Nov. 2 Planning and Zoning Commission agenda.
The plan is to remove silt from the reservoir at 275 South Main Street so officials can more accurately measure and maintain it and to allow the spillway to operate more efficiently.
