MANCHESTER, CT — The question of tattoo parlors in Manchester's Central Business District is about to be revisited.

Planning officials said this week that a zoning regulation amendment application has been submitted, to revise Art. II, Sec. 15.05 of the Manchester zoning regulations to remove "tattoo parlors" from the list of prohibited uses in the Central Business District.

Officials did not hint whether a tattoo shop has been proposed for the area and no timetable was announced for the review.
