Two Juveniles Struck, Seriously Injured in Manchester
A Vernon man struck the two juveniles with his vehicle and then left the scene, only to return a second time to "flip the bird" at the injured, according to police.

Two juveniles were rushed to Hartford Hospital Thursday evening with serious injuries after a Vernon man struck them with his car and took off, according to police. Â
Robert Tupper, 55, struck the two unidentified juveniles near the corner of Fairfield and Cooper Hill streets at just before 7 p.m., according to Manchester Police Sgt. Sandy Ficara.
