Vernon Incident Leads To 3 Felony Charges For Manchester Man: PD
A Manchester man was a charged with three felonies and seven charges in all after a violent incident in Vernon, police said.

VERNON, CT — A Manchester man is in custody on a quarter-million-dollar bond on three felony charges related to a violent incident in Vernon, police said.
The incident took place on March 29, police said.
Jason Rahn, 41, is accused of crawling through a window at a Gaynor Place home and assaulting a resident, according t0 a police report.

Rahn was also charged with three misdemeanors, police said.

- Home invasion
- First-degree burglary
- Second-degree assault
- Interfering with police
- Interfering with an emergency call
- Second-degree unlawful restraint
- Disorderly conduct
His initial bond was $150,000, but that was increased to $250,000 during a March 30 arraignment, records show.
Rahn is due back in court on April 27, records show.
