2 Barges Wash Up On Beach In Milford, Video Shows

MILFORD, CT ? The Milford Fire Department Milford, CT shared video of a barge that washed up on the shore of Woodmont Beach.

"Engine 6 responded to Woodmont beach for a Barge that has washed up on shore," the fire department said in a Facebook post. "United States Coast Guard has been made aware and are formulating a plan to salvage the barge. DO NOT approach!!! Strong winds and rough seas are expected to continue through the night. High tide is around 6:30pm in the Milford area."
