This past Monday, Sheryl reached out in a panic after realizing her daughter?s wedding dress had accidentally ended up in a donation bin on our property.
Janine, our Business Development Manager, jumped into action. She contacted the clothing recycling partner, helped coordinate a meet-up at the bin, and?thankfully? they hadn?t emptied it yet.
Sheryl drove 3 hours each way to retrieve the dress? a true testament to how meaningful it was to her and her family.
We?re incredibly grateful this Thanksgiving season to have been able to help return something so special to someone in our community. Huge shoutout to Janine for her quick thinking and big heart.
Swipe to see the moment Sheryl got the dress back!
Special thank you to Standard Recycling Corporation out of Yonkers for assisting with the pickup and understanding the importance of helping even just one person!
