2 Critically Injured In Crash, Milford Fire Officials Say

Both people suffered life-threatening injuries, officials said.

MILFORD, CT ? In an update, the Milford Fire Department said two people were critically injured in a crash on the Boston Post Road on Saturday evening.

At 6:03 p.m., the Milford Emergency Operation?s Center started to receive numerous calls of a motor vehicle crash in the area of 684 Boston Post Road.

"First arriving units conducted a primary assessment of the scene and determined that they had two individuals that were in critical condition that were trapped in their vehicle," Milford fire officials said. "A full extrication assignment was given, and both Individuals were transported to Bridgeport Hospital with life-threatening injuries."

A third patient from the other vehicle was also transport to a local hospital with minor injuries.

Milford fire officials shared photos, which show two vehicles totaled in the serious crash.
