Art Therapy of Milford Opens In Downtown
Lifelong Milford resident Erica Hatrick recently opened Art Therapy of Milford in the heart of downtown.

MILFORD, CT ? Art Therapy of Milford celebrated its grand opening in downtown Milford Friday.
The business at 16 Daniel Street is owned and operated by lifelong Milford resident Erica Hatrick, a registered art therapist and licensed professional counselor.
"I actually grew up around the corner, so downtown Milford really holds a special place in my heart," she said during a ribbon cutting ceremony. "And I'm really grateful to have this opportunity to be a support that is really needed."

Mayor Ben Blake said it is exciting to have art therapy in the heart of downtown.
"A great big thank you for bringing mental health help and fine arts together, it's a great symmetry," Blake said.

The ribbon cutting was organized by the Milford Regional Chamber of Commerce.
