Herbcrafters Meeting The Herbcrafters of the Milford Historical Society will meet on Monday, Sept. 23 at 7 p.m. in the Bryan-Downs House, 34 High St. Members will work on crafts that will be sold at the Society’s Yankee Peddler Fair planned for Oct. 19 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Kennedy Center Offers Mobile Options for Milford Seniors Kennedy Center  representative Margaret Mixon will discuss various mobile travel options at the Milford Senior Center, 9 Jepson Drive, Tuesday, Sept. 24 at 1:15 p.m.

Wednesday

Breast Night Ever - Second Annual Fundraiser The William Raveis Charitable Fund will hold the second annual Breast Cancer Awareness Fundraiser to support breast cancer research Wednesday, Sept. 25, from 5 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at Stonebridge Restaurant. There will be door prizes and giveaways, entertainment and more! For more information, feel free to call 203.876.7507.

Thursday

United Way of Milford Campaign Kickoff The United Way of Milford will be kicking off its 2013-14 Campaign on Thursday, Sept. 26, from 5:30 to 7:30 pm at Subway World Headquarters, 325 Bic Drive in Milford, CT. Bobby Valentine, former professional baseball player and manager and now Executive Director of Intercollegiate Athletics at Sacred Heart University, will be the guest speaker.
