A consultant's study found that the district needs to spend $475 million in improvements in the next 20 years, according to a report.

MILFORD, CT ? A consultant has concluded that Milford schools need $475 million in improvements over the next 20 years, according to Hearst Connecticut Media.
The study analyzed 14 schools built between 1950 and 1973 and graded them on replacement costs to existing needs.
The lowest marks went to The Academy, Orchard Hill Elementary School, and West Shore Middle School.
