Controversial Downtown Milford Apartment Project Approved By City
The Planning and Zoning Board voted 5-4 to approve the developer's plans this week.
MILFORD, CT — In a 5-4 vote, the Planning and Zoning Board approved a developer's mixed-use project that will result in 36 apartments downtown at 67 Prospect St., the Milford Mirror reports.
The project includes restoring the historic David Baldwin House, which will be used for commercial space. The project garnered significant opposition by neighbors during public hearings who argued that the development was too large for the area.
