Why are you seeking this office?
To continue to participate in governance of the City of Milford during a time where leadership is needed to address the multitude of challenges that lie ahead.
The single most pressing issue facing my constituents is ____, and this is what I intend to do about it:
The single most pressing issue facing my constituents is civic engagement. I intend to address the spread of misinformation and continue to forge ahead with constructive dialogue in both a bipartisan manner and with the constituents to address division within the community and to obtain results that are in the best interest of Milford rather than one group or another.
What are the major differences between you and the other candidates seeking this post?
Experience, leadership, relationships with community leaders and City officials and results that positively impact the community.
What other issues do you intend to address during your campaign?
Concerns regarding the rising cost of living and affordability of residing in the City of Milford.
What accomplishments in your past would you cite as evidence you can handle this job?
As Majority Leader of the Board of Aldermen, I have regularly navigated the Board through various difficult and sometimes contentious meetings and agenda items through to a successful conclusion.
What is the best advice anyone ever gave you?
Do what you believe is right.
Is there anything else you would like voters to know about yourself and your positions?
It has been an honor and privilege to represent the 2nd District on the Board of Aldermen over the last four years and focusing on those outcomes that are best for the District and for Milford. I look forward to the opportunity to continue serving the community and working through the multitude of challenges that lie ahead.
