Timeline for storms Tuesday, according to CT's weather experts:
Storms today could be severe as the heat and humidity add to instability in the atmosphere. Damaging wind gusts and frequent lightning are the main concerns, but there could be some localized flooding with how wet it's been lately. #fox61 pic.twitter.com/WlUf7MYEJv
