The National Weather Service issued a wind advisory for the entire state and temperatures will return to reality this weekend and beyond.
CONNECTICUT — After a few days of spring-like weather we're about to return to reality as some wild and more winter-like weather returns to Connecticut.
After a cloudy start, Friday's weather will improve later this morning and this afternoon with temperatures once again exceeding 60 degrees. But later Friday night, temperatures will plummet and the wind will pick up, which has led to a wind advisory being issued for the state.
Wind gusts could exceed 45 mph in southern Connecticut and possibly 60 mph in northern Connecticut late Friday and early Saturday.
