Devon Power Plant To Be Sold: Report

MILFORD, CT — The Devon Power Plant at 734 Naugatuck Ave. is being sold as part of a much larger $760 million deal, reports the New Haven Register's Luther Turmelle.

NRG Energy plans to sell the Devon plant along with three other facilities in Connecticut to Generation Bridge, which is part of ArcLight Energy Partners Fund, of Boston, Turmelle reports.

The deal is expected to be finalized later this year. It's unclear what changes may arise as part of the sale.
