Downtown Milford Apartment Proposal Has New Date For Hearing

A public hearing has been scheduled concerning a developer's proposal to add a mixed use development in downtown Milford.

MILFORD, CT — A developer's bid to develop 36 apartments at 67 Prospect St. will have to wait a bit longer.

A Planning and Zoning public hearing scheduled for earlier this week has been postponed until Feb. 16 at 7 p.m. via Zoom. An updated storm water report is needed before the hearing can commence, Hearst CT Media reports.

The development includes restoring the historic David Baldwin House on site and then adding 36 apartments, some office space and a fitness center as part of the proposal, Hearst reports.
