Former Rainbow Gardens Site To Get New Restaurant In Milford

MILFORD, CT — A new restaurant has been announced at the former location of Rainbow Gardens on the Green.

Bridge House Restaurant announced its latest venture will be the Founders House Pub and Patio, which is scheduled to open in 2020.

Rainbow Gardens closed in August after around 23 years in business. Co-owners John and Heather Profetto decided to pursue a less physically demanding business. The future of the space was kept secret until now.

Bridge House is located near the Devon bridge and is one of the city's best-rated restaurants. It offers American pub fare dining, catering and banquets.
