Housing Subdivision, Automotive Dealership Approved In Milford

The Milford Planning and Zoning Board met earlier this week on both applications.

MILFORD, CT — The Milford Planning and Zoning Board voted this week to approve a housing subdivision and a proposed automotive dealership, according to a report on the city's website.

The PZB voted to approve a 6-lot subdivision at 1314 Naugatuck Avenue with conditions. The owner is White Oaks Terrace, LLC.

And a special permit with a site plan review and lot consolidation was also approved with conditions for a proposed automotive dealership at 127 Boston Post Road. Jordan realty LLC and Perkins Family Partnership LLC are the owners.
