The Hamden resident won $20,000 on a 20X Cash 9th Edition ticket that was sold at Sure Mart at 695 Bridgeport Avenue in Milford, according to lottery officials.
20X Cash 9th Edition is a $20 scratch-off ticket. There are 29 remaining top prizes of $20,000 in the game, according to CT Lottery.
