MILFORD, CT — Milford’s iconic Beachcomber Café has closed its doors for good, according to realtors. The Beachcomber building at 92 Melba St. was just listed on the market with Coldwell Banker in Milford.

“Contractors take notice!!!! This is the end of an era,” realtors wrote in the listing. “This historical landmark, The Beachcomber, has closed its doors forever. This is your opportunity to revitalize this space. The Beachcomber has a combined acreage of 0.57 acres. This could be a possible subdivision. The buyer must do their own due diligence.”

The asking price is $800,000.
