MILFORD, CT — All lanes have reopened after a tractor-trailer accident on I-95 South in Milford, according to state transportation officials.
A jackknifed tractor-trailer closed two lanes on I-95 South between Exits 41 and 40 in Milford earlier on Tuesday. The right and center lanes were closed and traffic was congested for several miles.
