Joyce M. Glennon

Joyce M. Glennon, age 82, of Milford, entered peaceful rest on April 28, 2025.

She was born on October 22, 1942 in Milford and was the daughter of the late Joseph and Valerie (Teator) Glennon. Joyce graduated from Milford High School in 1960 and continued her education at the University of Bridgeport. Joyce was an administrative assistant at Sikorsky for over 40 years before her retirement. She loved to travel and cruising with her girlfriends. One of her favorite trips was visiting Hawaii. She frequently traveled to visit family in Florida. Living as a child at Walnut Beach, she enjoyed relaxing at the beach.

Joyce is survived by her devoted sister, Eileen Farakos and her husband, Robert of Milford and her niece, Kirsten (Joseph) Bavosa and their daughter, Lila of Newtown and many dear friends.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, May 8, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. (DIRECTLY) at Saint Gabriel Church (St. Raphael Parish) Interment will be held at a later date in St. Mary Cemetery, Milford.
