Mall Santa Accused Of Sexual Assault: Milford Police
A man playing Santa at the Connecticut Post Mall sexually assaulted a juvenile co-worker, according to Milford police.
MILFORD, CT — A man working as a mall Santa Claus was arrested this week and charged with sexual assault, according to Milford police.
At 7:30 p.m. Monday, police responded to the Connecticut Post Mall for a report of a possible sexual assault, police said.
"Investigation led to the arrest of (Prince) Carter who was working as the mall Santa," police said in a report. "Carter is accused of hugging and grabbing a juvenile co-worker and then exposing himself to the juvenile in the break room."

Carter, 45, of Woodmont Avenue in Bridgeport, is charged with fourth-degree sexual assault and risk of injury to a minor. His bail was set at $25,000 and he appeared in court Tuesday, police said.
