Man Accused of Trespassing at the Milford Mall

Milford Police say they responded to a report of a suspicious person in the parking lot of the Westfield Connecticut Post Mall on Nov. 28.

After investigating, they arrested Michael Marsala, 58, of 22 Greenwood Circle in Seymour, who has been warned off of the property by mall security in the past, said police.

Marsala is charged with first-degree criminal trespass and was released on a promise to appear to court on Dec. 22.
