Man Charged for Break-In at Milford Deli
Alleged burglary happened last October, police said.

A Woodbridge man was charged Tuesday for an alleged break-in at a Milford business one year ago.Â
Matthew Vallillo, 32, faces burglary, larceny and criminal mischief charges in connection with an Oct. 17, 2012 incident at Pickles Country Store & Deli at 883 North St.

Vallillo was identified as a suspect after investigation revealed damage to the front door and stolen lottery tickets, police said.

- conspiracy to commit third-degree burglary
- sixth-degree larceny
- conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny
- third-degree criminal mischief
- conspiracy to commit third-degree mischief.
Vallillo was released on a promise to appear in court Nov. 12.Â
