Man Charged With Voyeurism At Milford Mall: Police
Police said they were called to the mall earlier this month on a report of "suspicious activity."
MILFORD, CT — A New Haven man is accused of looking into a stall in the woman's bathroom at the Connecticut Post Mall and masturbating, Milford Police said.
On May 14, police were called to the mall at 1201 Boston Post Road on a report of suspicious activity, police said.
Investigation led to the arrest of Andres Velasco, 36, of Elliot Street in New Haven, who is charged with voyeurism and breach of peace.
