Marketing Business Expands In Milford
The marketing and promotions agency has signed a long-term lease for additional space, realtors announced.
MILFORD, CT — RoadWerx, a full-service independent marketing, and promotions agency, has signed a long-term lease for an additional 29,000 square feet of space on Research Drive in Milford, Jon Angel, President of Southport-based Angel Commercial, L.L.C. announced in a press release. Angel represented both the tenant and landlord in the transaction.
With headquarters at 60 Research Drive, Roadwerx offers a comprehensive suite of strategic planning and management, imaginative design, custom fabrication, and production services.
“It is great to help a business grow and remain in Connecticut,” Angel said in the press release. “Roadwerx will now occupy the entire building at 60 Research Drive plus additional space across the street.”
