The eagles rebuilt their nest over the past couple of week, but residents were worried that the high winds last night and today might once again wreak havoc on their nest.

But Milford Local and Chris Bousquet report that the nest is fine and Bousquet even snapped a photo as well, which you can see above.

“Thank you Chris for the update and great photo. You are so lucky to have these special birds living by your yard. Eagle Strong!!! The high winds were no match for the pairs reinforced nest. Although the new nest site tree looks ominous it held up nicely last night!!,” the Milford Local Facebook page states.
