Milford Business Hit By Rash Of Burglaries, Larcenies: Police
Police announced one recent arrest.
MILFORD, CT — A Stamford man is accused of attempting to break into a Milford business, police said.
On April 17, police said they were checking the area of 125 Old Gate Lane as there had been several recent burglaries and larcenies at the business. Police found Bryant Irby, 31, of Bedford Street, standing near a mini-van at the fenced in area, police said.
Investigation led to the arrest of Irby, who is accused of trespassing on the property and attempting to unlawfully enter, police said. Irby is also accused of possessing drug paraphernalia at the time of his arrest, police said.

He is charged with criminal trespass, criminal attempt at third-degree burglary, conspiracy to commit third-degree burglary, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
He was given a court date of June 1.

The address of 125 Old Gate Lane is the Old Gate Business Park, which includes several industrial type businesses.
