Genealogy Presentation at Milford Library: With Genealogist Greg Thompson. Free and open to the public. Starts at 1 p.m.

Milford Education Foundation Meet and Greet: The Milford Education Foundation, a non-profit-pending organization, is holding a meet and greet Monday at Bridge House Restaurant, 49 Bridgeport Ave., Milford. Interested parties should RSVP by email to info@milfordedfoundation.org. Starts at 6:30 p.m.

Tuesday

Get In Touch Foundation Book Signing Party: Requested donation to attend the event at Uno's Chicago Grill, 1061 Boston Post Road, Milford, is $25, which includes a copy of the book, “A Diary of Healing: My Intense and Meaningful Life with Cancer," by Mary Ann Wasil, light snacks, and refreshments. Event runs from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.

The Holistic Moms Network Presents 'Bites and Bits': Bring a healthy snack to share and a bit of healthy, green or otherwise holistic information that you have learned. For example, did you know that taking omega-3s during pregnancy can increase your child’s IQ? Or, did you know that getting one more hour of sleep a night can help to lower your blood pressure?

Woodmont Farmers' Market at Treats Farm: Market offers a wide variety of Connecticut items such as fresh fish, vegetables, seasonal fruit, cheeses, baked goods and guest musicians, artisans and food trucks. Rain or shine. Treats Farm is located at 1339 New Haven Ave. Starts at 3:30 p.m.
