Milford Fire Dep't Rescues Driver After Car Overturns

MILFORD, CT — The Milford Fire Department on Friday night helped extricate a person whose car overturned on Route 15.

"This evening E7, S1, T1, Medic 3 responded to Route 15 for an overturned vehicle," fire officials said. "On arrival, members found a single occupant trapped inside the vehicle. The vehicle was quickly stabilized and firefighters removed the vehicle door with the Hurst Tool. The patient was extricated and transported to St. Vincent’s hospital by MFD Paramedics."
