Milford Firefighters Toys For Tots Program Is Underway

Each year the program supports nearly 300 needy Milford families with children aged newborn to 11 years old.

MILFORD, CT — The Milford Professional Firefighters Association Toys for Tots Program kicked off on Friday and will run through Wednesday, Dec. 16.

The fire department said it is accepting any new, unwrapped toy, book, sporting good or game.

Toy donations may be dropped off at any Milford Fire Station, or at any participating location including: Citrus, US Remodeling, Stylin Hair Salon, Bar 333, Steven’s Ford, Dan Perkins Subaru, Pop’s Restaurant, Matties Auto, Seaside Pizza, Casey’s Pub, Colony Paint, Dockside Brewing, Seaside Nutrition, Beachside Nutrition, Macy’s and others.

Participating locations will have the department's Santa on the fire truck logo, signs and boxes.

Milford firefighters have been working to provide Christmas cheer to Milford children since the 1930’s Each year the program supports nearly 300 needy Milford families with children aged newborn to 11 years old. All donations and funds raised will be distributed to Milford families.
