Milford Gun Incident Leads To 2 Arrests: Police
Police said a woman suffered a gunshot wound and sustained serious injuries in the 2020 gun incident.
MILFORD, CT — Two Melba Street residents have been charged in connection with a gun incident from 2020, police said Thursday.
On August 3, 2020 police responded to 267 Melba Street after a 911 call, police said. Police said a woman suffered a gunshot wound and sustained serious injuries and was taken to an area hospital.
After an investigation, police secured warrants for Michelle Muniz, 41, and Leviticus Morey, 46, both of Melba Street. Both Muniz and Morey were arrested on March 10, police said.

Muniz is charged with unlawful discharge of a weapon and first-degree reckless endangerment.
Morey is charged with negligent storage of a firearm and tampering with evidence. They were both released on a promise to appear in court.

Milford police told Patch that because of the nature of the incident they cannot release more details.
