Milford Man Accused of Intimidating

A 46-year-old Milford man was arrested this week for an alleged incident on Village Road where he is accused of threatening to harm two residents, police said.

Rowland Gill of Hawley Avenue was charged with second-degree breach of peace, second-degree intimidation based on bigotry or bias and second-degree threatening.

Police said Gill yelled “threats and obscenities referencing one of the victim’s race.”

Gill was held in lieu of $50,000 bond. Police said they are still investigating the alleged incident.
