Milford Man Charged with DUI After Accident
Police say they discovered the accused to be under the influence after responding to an accident.
Milford police officers said they responded to a motor vehicle accident on Nov. 7 in the area of New Haven Avenue and Dalton Road.
Anthony Filipelli, 25, of 219 Woodmont Rd. was allegedly driving under the influence and had an elevated blood alcohol level, according to police.
Filipelli was charged with driving under the influence, evading responsibility, no insurance, no operators license, and following too closely.

He was released on a promise to appear to court on Dec. 3.
