A Milford man faces larceny charges for alleging stealing 100 scratch-off lottery tickets from Howard’s Variety Store on Naugatuck Avenue.
Joshua Morales was charged Tuesday with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny. Police said they received the complaint on July 31.

The Milford man is accused of swiping 100 “bonus ball bingo” scratch-off lottery tickets, valued at $2 apiece.
Morales was released on a promise to appear for a court appearance on Oct. 22.
