Milford Man Charged In Shotgun Threatening Incident: Police

A man is facing charges that he threatened a victim with a rubber bullet shotgun while two children were present, police said.

MILFORD, CT ? A Milford man was charged on allegations that he threatened someone with a rubber bullet shotgun, according to police.

Police responded to the Red Roof Inn at 10 Rowe Ave. for a report of threatening with a shotgun.

Jason Jacobs, 34, is accused of threatening a victim while brandishing a rubber bullet shotgun. Two children were present during the alleged crime, police said.

Jacobs was charged with breach of peace, first-degree threatening, risk of injury to a minor, weapons in a vehicle, and carrying a dangerous weapon.

His bond was set at $50,000. He's scheduled to appear in Milford Superior Court on Sept. 30.
