Milford Man Charged with Strangulation
Police say the man allegedly was involved in a physical altercation with a female.
Milford police say they responded to 54 Atwater St. on Oct. 31 for a reported domestic violence incident.
Police say Donald Simpson, 46, was allegedly involved in a physical altercation with female at residence.
He is charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree strangulation.
