Milford Man Charged Twice In The Same Day: Police

MILFORD, CT — A Milford man, Michael Zilinski, 58, of Valley View Road, is accused of being charged by police twice on the same night, police said.

On Sunday, police responded to a Valley View Road home on a reported possible domestic violence incident, police said.

Investigation led to the arrest of Zilinski who is accused of punching a man in the face, police said. Zilinski was released from custody and issued conditions of release, police said. Later in the evening, police again responded to the residence on the report of a possible domestic violence incident, police said.

Investigation led to the arrest of Zilinski who is accused of striking a man in the face and violating the conditions of release from his previous arrest, police said.

He is charged with two counts of disorderly conduct, two counts of third-degree assault, and second-degree violation of conditions of release.
