Milford Neighbors Upset Over 4-Story Home Construction
Several neighbors have voiced displeasure after the grade of a lot was raised to make a tall construction project even taller.
MILFORD, CT ? Neighbors in the Grant Street neighborhood are upset after a developer raised the grade of a lot to elevate a new house construction above others in the area.
Neighbor Dennis O'Grady said he started getting water in his shed after the nearby grading was changed, according to the Milford Mirror.
The permit for house construction is in compliance with city regulations, City Planner David Sulkis said, though the change of grading doesn't fall under the jurisdiction of city zoning regulations.
