• Tameka Purvis, 20, of Grand Avenue in New Haven is charged with sixth-degree larceny.
• Jason Uliano, 42, of Morehouse Avenue in Milford is charged with disorderly conduct.
• Darrell Franklin, 33, of Port Chester, NY is charged with two counts of first-degree failure to appear.
• Yousef Hazboun, 42, of Centennial Drive is charged with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault, and second-degree threatening.
• James Hill 3rd, 43, of Spring Street in West Haven is charged with two counts of fourth-degree larceny and two counts of conspiracy to commit fourth-degree larceny.
• Amy Kiernan, 42, of Congress Avenue in New Haven is charged with two counts of fifth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny, second-degree robbery, and first-degree failure to appear.
